Puzzle Box follows Kait, a recovering addict, who flees to a house in the woods to rehabilitate herself. Joined by her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, strange things begin to happen as the layout of the house mysteriously begins to change, and the two find themselves trapped inside a nightmarish and inescapable puzzle box.
