A group of friends gather for a pre-wedding party that descends into an existential nightmare when an estranged friend arrives with a mysterious game that awakens long-hidden secrets, desires and resentments. The background music throughout the film is variations on the second movement of Beethoven’s 7th Symphony. Reference to Amanda the Jedi Show: NIGHT SWIM is garbage | Explained (2024).

All I want to say is give this movie a chance

I don’t want to spoil it, but it makes you wonder what you would do if you were in that position! Of course, as others have written, you have to be fully focused because before you put it in the middle you start to get confused.

If you like light thrillers with messy situations, then this movie is for you! I also loved the soundtrack. Special mention goes to Alycia Carey, who I loved here.

In summary, this movie is crazy, fun, mixed with cute twists. It’s good to watch for a Friday night..After all it’s what’s inside each of us!. The last season of "What We Do in the Shadows" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
